Preparation
- In a bowl, put the almonds and cover it with water. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave it to rest during 1 night.
- Drain the almonds and then mix them. Add the apricots and the green tea bag and mix again.
- Make little balls with the mix.
- Roll the balls in grated coconut.
- Your apricots energy balls are ready !
