Water

4 oz dried apricots

1 green tea bag

2Tbsp grated coconut

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Apricot, tea and almonds energy balls
    In a bowl, put the almonds and cover it with water. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and leave it to rest during 1 night.
  • Step 2 - Apricot, tea and almonds energy balls
    Drain the almonds and then mix them. Add the apricots and the green tea bag and mix again.
  • Step 3 - Apricot, tea and almonds energy balls
    Make little balls with the mix.
  • Step 4 - Apricot, tea and almonds energy balls
    Roll the balls in grated coconut.
  • Step 5 - Apricot, tea and almonds energy balls
    Your apricots energy balls are ready !
