Mix the flaked almonds with the sugar and the flour
Add the egg whites and mix well. Then add the melted butter, mix and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Using a spoon, put a little bit of the mix on a baking sheet, and spread them using a fork, as shown in the video.
Bake for 10 minutes at 360°F.
Immediatly after taking them out of the fridge, put them on a rolling pin so they take its form.
