Cake, french style

Ingredients

- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon. baking soda
- swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
- black olives
- diced red bell pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the oil, wine, and eggs. Add the flour, then the baking soda.

Step 2

Lastly add the olives, peppers, and cheese.

Step 3

Bake in a loaf pan 30 to 45 minutes at 350 F.
