- Microwave the margarine to melt it. Combine it with eggs, crushed banana, vanilla and salt.
- Add granola, flour, baking powder and vegan milk and combine. Chop almonds and walnuts and add to the previous batter. Mix well.
- Pour the batter in a greased cake pan. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake for 35 min at 350°F (180°C).
