- Melt the margarine in the microwave. Add it to a mixing bowl with the eggs, mashed banana, liquid vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add the granola, flour, baking powder, and plant-based milk, then mix. Chop the walnuts and almonds, then add them to the mixture and mix one last time.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan or a silicone mold. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and bake for 35 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
