Ingredients

4 servings
- 2 oranges, deseeded

- 1/2 cup ghee

- 1 cup flour

- 1 cup milk

- 1 1/2 cups milk

- A handful of dry fruits

Preparation

Step 1

Mash the oranges to a pulp. Keep aside. Heat ghee in a pan. Add flour to it and fry till golden brown, stirring at regular intervals.

Step 2

In a separate pan, heat the milk. Once it starts boiling, add sugar and orange pulp to it and stir for some more time on a low heat.

Step 3

Then add the flour mixture and stir well. Add the dry fruits and let it cook till the ghee leaves the sides of the pan.

Step 4

Grease a vessel / thali . Spread the orange mixture in it and allow it to cool naturally. You can cut it into any shape and serve.
