Ingredients

• 2 large orange, sectioned
• 1 large Romaine lettuce, chopped
• 4 branch cilantro, chopped
• 2 tbsp chili pepper oil
• A pinch of salt
• Sprinkle with dried scallop flake, optional

• Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss gently to coat. Divide into two equal plate and serve.
