1 piece Orange

1 piece Red onion

1 tuft Rocket Salad

2 pieces Stalk of celery

1 piece Fennel

50 grams Walnuts

50 ml Olive oil

Sea Salt to taste

Pink peppercorn to taste


  • Clean fennel and julienne it.
  • Cut onions.
  • Add rocket salad.
  • Thoroughly stir. Clean stalks of celery and slice them to pieces.
  • Clean oranges and carve out flesh. Squeeze juice.
  • Cut walnuts. Add pink peppercorn, salt and olive oil. Stir and serve on a dish.
