Observations

What to replace raspberries with?

You can replace them with bananas or your favourite fruit!

Should I sweeten the Skyr bowl?

Here we've used sweetened peanut butter. If you're using peanut puree, you can add honey or agave syrup to the yoghurt, for example, and mix everything together before topping!

Can chocolate chips be substituted?

Here we've used dark chocolate chips, but you can also use milk or white chocolate, in chips or chopped.

Can I use flavoured Skyr?

Of course you can! For this recipe, a raspberry or red fruit Skyr would be perfect :-) Be careful, these are generally sweet.

Can I replace the peanut butter?

You can replace it with another oilseed puree, such as almond puree or tahini (sesame puree), or with a spread (note that these are sweet).
