The real recipe for venetian spritz
A must-have cocktail for your aperitifs, the Spritz has become an obvious choice in recent years. And its many variants are just as seductive: Campari, Aperol and even Limoncello! But the real recipe for the Venetian Spritz is Select! A "bitter" made from some thirty plants, it gives the Spritz its distinctive taste. And to serve it the traditional way, don't forget to add an olive ;-)

- Put ice cubes in a glass.
- Add the Prosecco, then the Select.
- Finally, fill the glass with sparkling water and garnish with a green olive.

You can replace sparkling water with a soft drink such as Tonic.
