Number of serving: 2
2 tablespoons coarse salt

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon dried basil

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon dried tarragon (optional)

Preparation

  • Combine the above ingredients and store in an airtight jar.
  • When ready, rub on the food, and cook according to preference. (Use only the amount needed for the item being coated.)
