Ingredients

• Fusili (200g - cooked and drained according to packet instructions)
• Onions (2 - finely chopped)
• Eggs (2)
• Olive oil (1/2 tbsp)
• Chives (2 tbsp - chopped)
• Salt

Preparation

• Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onion and cook for two minutes.
• Lightly beat the eggs with the chives and salt to taste.
• Add the cooked pasta in the frying pan and pour over the eggs. Fry until the eggs are cooked.
