Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
Inji/Ginger(chopped) - 3 tablespoons

Grated coconut - 1/2 cup

Green chillies-2

Mustard seeds -3/4 teaspoons

Curd -1 cup

Coconut oil -1 teaspoon

Red chillies - 2

Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Curry leaves - 2 strands

Preparation

  • Grind together coconut,ginger,green chillies and mustard seeds.
  • Beat the curd well. Add the coconut mixture to this. Mix well.
  • In a small pan heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds. Add red chillies and curry leaves to this.
  • Add this seasoning to the curry.
  • Serve with rice.
