Spice things up in the kitchen with this exotic chicken recipe. A few ingredients, and you'll get a refined dish, with some aphrodisiac virtues ;)

10 oz chicken breast

1 garlic clove

some fresh ginger

1 lemongrass stalk

2 tbsp soy sauce

cilantro / coriander


3 oz rice noodles


  • Step 1 - Lemongrass and ginger chicken
    Cut the chicken into pieces. Add the crushed garlic clove and ginger.
  • Step 2 - Lemongrass and ginger chicken
    Then, slice the lemongrass stalk and add it to the mix. Add soy sauce, mix well and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Step 3 - Lemongrass and ginger chicken
    Put the rice noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. In a pan, heat some oil, and sauté the chicken and marinade in it.
  • Step 4 - Lemongrass and ginger chicken
    Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped cilantro, stir and take out of the heat. Strain the rice noodles.
  • Step 5 - Lemongrass and ginger chicken
    There you are, your lemongrass and ginger chicken is ready!
