Mixed sprouts kurma

Preparation
- Steam cook sprouts for 3 to 4 mins in pressure cooker.
- Chop tomatoes to fine pieces. Keep ready thick tamarind juice.
- Dry grind roasted poppy and fried spices along with coconut pieces.
- Add little water and make thick paste. Heat oil in pan, fry garlic and chopped onion to golden.
- Add chopped tomato and sauté till it is cooked.
- Mix ground paste, jaggery, salt and allow to cook for 5 to 6 mins.
- Enjoy the rich aroma swirling around. Now add thick tamarind paste and steam cooked sprouts.
- Allow to boil, once it attains desired consistency. Garnish with coraiander leaves.
- Serve hot with pulav and roti.
