Saithe with a tomato, lemon and cumin sauce - easy and tasty recipe

It’s decided, today we feed fish to the whole family! And rest assured, the recipe is very easy ;-) You just have to accompany your saithe with rice + vegetables and the trick will be done. - Cut the lemon into thick slices and sauté over high heat for 30 seconds on each side in a skillet.
- Add the tomato pulp, cumin, a dash of olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.
Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes over medium heat. - Add the saithe fillets (here we cut our 2 fillets into 4 so that it fits in our pan). Add a little salt and pepper and cover. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy!

Which fish can I replace the saithe with?
In this recipe, you can use cod or Eglefin instead of the saithe.
Which side dish to serve with this dish?
Best served with rice and vegetables. Steamed potatoes will also be perfect to accompany the tomato sauce ;-)
