It's decided, today we're getting the whole family to eat fish! And don't worry, our recipe is ultra-easy ;-) All you have to do is accompany your saithe with rice + a pan-fried vegetable dish , and you're ready to go.   • Cut the lemon into thick slices and sauté in a frying pan over high heat for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Add the tomato pulp, cumin, a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper, and stir.
    Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add the saithe steaks (in this case, we cut our 2 steaks into 4 so that they would fit into our sauté pan). Add a little salt and pepper, then cover. Leave to cook for 10 minutes.
  • Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy your meal!
