- Soak Soya Granules in milk for an hour. Heat a pan, Dry roast Cumin and Coriander seeds separately, then grind them to powder.
Use Mortar. - Heat oil in a non-stick pan, splutter mustard seeds and add onions. Roast toll lightly browned.
- Add garlic and roast for a minute. Add ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and cook for two minutes, Add green peas and another 1/4 cup of Water and mix well. Cover and Cook till peas are nearly done.
- Add Soya granules along with the milk and cook till almost dry. Add corinader leaves, salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve Hot with Roti's. Or else stuff inside a Roti ,Roll it up!
