1 cup Soya Granules

1 cup Green Peas

1-1/2 Cup of Skimmed Milk

2 medium Onions, finely chopped

1 inch ginger, grated

2 green chillies, chopped

- 1 teaspoon coriander powder

-1 teaspoon cumin powder

1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder

1 teaspoon Grama masala

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Fresh Coriander Leaves


  • Soak Soya Granules in milk for an hour. Heat a pan, Dry roast Cumin and Coriander seeds separately, then grind them to powder.
    Use Mortar.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan, splutter mustard seeds and add onions. Roast toll lightly browned.
  • Add garlic and roast for a minute. Add ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and cook for two minutes, Add green peas and another 1/4 cup of Water and mix well. Cover and Cook till peas are nearly done.
  • Add Soya granules along with the milk and cook till almost dry. Add corinader leaves, salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve Hot with Roti's. Or else stuff inside a Roti ,Roll it up!
