- Wash the soya chunks thoroughly. Soak them in hot water for 10mins and wash them once again.
- Grind the ingredients given in "To Grind".
- Put the soya chunks in the mixer and grind it coarsely.
- Heat oil in a pan.Add saunf,cinnamon and curry leaves. Wait till they splutter.
- Add onion and fry till transparent.
- Add soya chunks kaima and fry till it slightly changes color.
- Add ground mixture along with tomatoes and fry till raw smell goes away.
- Pour required water for gravy and check the salt.
- Garnish with fried cashewnuts and coriander.
- Tastes good with Idiyappam, chappati, rice, dosa.
