Vermicelli Upma / Semiya Upma
Preparation

Heat a pan and roast the vermicelli on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard let it splutter, then add urad dal fry until golden brown.

Now add onions saute for a minute, add green chilli, vegetables and saute them again for two minitues.

Add Water, Salt, and asafoedita, add the vermicelli once the water starts boiling.

Cook on low flame ,stir occasionally until all water is absorbed.Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
