- Heat a pan and roast the vermicelli on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
- Keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard let it splutter, then add urad dal fry until golden brown.
- Now add onions saute for a minute, add green chilli, vegetables and saute them again for two minitues.
- Add Water, Salt, and asafoedita, add the vermicelli once the water starts boiling.
- Cook on low flame ,stir occasionally until all water is absorbed.Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
