Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1/2 cup of carrot

1/2 cup daikon

2 cup of spring or well water

1/3 sheet nori

1/2 umeboshi plum

A few drops of shoyu

Preparation

  • Place the grated carrot and daikon in a saucepan, add water. Bring to boil.
  • Add nori and umeboshi. Simmer for 3 minutes and add a few drops of shoyu toward the end.
  • Eat and drink the vegetables and broth.
