Wash your sweet potatoes to keep the skin on and slice them.
Next, cut the fries (the thinner the sticks, the crispier the fries will be).
Place the fries in a bowl and mix with the olive oil, spices, salt and pepper.
Place the fries in the air fryer basket in "Air Fry" mode at 390°F/200°C for 15 minutes, making sure to shake the fries halfway through cooking.
