Wash your sweet potatoes to keep the skin on and slice them.
Next, cut them into fries (the thinner the sticks, the crispier the fries will be).
Place the fries in a bowl and mix with the olive oil, spices, salt and pepper.
Place the fries in the air fryer basket in "Air Fry" mode at 390°F/200°C for 15 minutes, making sure to shake the fries halfway through cooking.
