Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp rum
1/2 cup butter
1,5 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
4,5 oz blueberries

Cook time45 min

Mix egg yolks with vanilla, rum and sugar. Add melted butter, flour, baking powder and mix well.
Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks. Add them to the batter. Then, add the blueberries.
Pour the batter in a greased mold and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°).
Leave to cool down and there you are ! Your blueberry cake is ready ! Sprinkle some icing sugar on top :)
