- Mix egg yolks with vanilla, rum and sugar. Add melted butter, flour, baking powder and mix well.
- Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks. Add them to the batter. Then, add the blueberries.
- Pour the batter in a greased mold and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°).
- Leave to cool down and there you are ! Your blueberry cake is ready ! Sprinkle some icing sugar on top :)
