5 tbsp softened butter
¼ cup + 1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup + 1 tbsp chocolate chips
3,5 oz dark chocolate

Whisk the softened butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add the egg and mix everything together thoroughly.
Next, add the flour and baking powder and mix.
Add the chocolate chips to the mixture and stir them in thoroughly.
Transfer the dough to the silicone baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 8 minutes in an oven preheated to 350°F/180°C. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.
Melt the chocolate and spread it evenly across the bottom of the cavities in the chocolate bar mold.
Place the cookies back on top and chill the pan for at least 30 minutes.
