- Unroll your pastry sheet and spread nutella (or other chocolate spread) on it.
- Roll the pastry to its half, and to the same with the other side, so they meet in the middle. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Then, cut slices into the pastry, and put on a baking tray.
- Bake 15 min at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are ! Your chocolate palmier are ready !
