Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1 libra. small shell pasta

¼libra provolone cubed

¼ libra Genoa or hard salami cubed

¼ libra pepperoni cubed

2 green or 1 green and 1 red pepper, coarsely chopped

3 celery stalks, coarsely chopped

1 small can black olives, sliced

½ cup green olives, halved

3 tablespoons. chopped onion

3 diced tomatoes

1 tablespoon oregano

1 ½ teaspoon. salt

1 teaspoon. pepper

½ cup. vinegar

¾ cup. olive oil

Preparation

  • Cook pasta according to directions on package. Allow to cool.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Make one day ahead to marinate.
