Number of serving: 2
2 pieces white firm tofu

1 red chilly - sliced thinly

1 green chilly - sliced thinly

1 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp dark soy sauce

3 tbsp olive oil

Spring onions for garnishing - sliced

Preparation

  • Microwave the tofu pieces for 3 mins and place on a serving plate.
    Drizzle oyster sauce, soy sauce and olive oil all over
    Sprinkle the chillies and spring onions on top.
