Cut the pita breads into 8 pieces using a knife or scissors.
Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, Cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Add the cut pita pieces to the bowl and mix well.
Arrange the seasoned triangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 12 minutes.
And there you have it, your pita chips are ready!
