This classic is becoming trendy again ! Rhubarb has plenty of qualities, and you won't regret to take a bite !
Ingredients
Number of serving: 8
7 fl ounces half and half
cream
1 shortbread pastry sheet
Preparation
- Mix together rhubarb and 1/3 cup of sugar. Leave to settle.
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, the sugar and the cream.
- Put your pastry sheet in a mold, and prick it with a fork. Put soaked rhubarb in it.
- Add the cream mix
- Bake for 45 minutes at 390°F (200°C), the cream must be golden.
