Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:

• Basmati rice:175gm(soaked in hot water for 30mints)
• Milk:3 1/2cup
• Sugar:125gm or more as per taste
• Green cardamom powder:1/4tsp
• Rose syrup:1tbs
• Pistachios: for garnishing(blanched & slivered)

Preparation

• METHOD:
  Wash the rice and drain in a colander.Bring the milk and sugar to a boil in a medium saucepan.Now add rice and mix well.Reduce heat to low,stir occasionally and cook uncovered until the rice is very tender.Stir in the cardamom powder and remove from fire.Let it cool&then add rose syrup.Mix well.Serve chilled....
