A bowl of sardine fried rice / nasi goreng sardin

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
Cooked rice - 2 cup

Canned sardine/mackerel fish - 1

Mix veggies - 1 cup

Onion - 1

Green chilies - 2

Egg - 2

Chili powder - 1/4 tsp

Ginger - 1

Soya sauce - 1 - 2 tbsp

Salt as taste

Oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation

  • Heat oil in pan,add chopped onion,ginger and green chilies. Fry till onion turn light brown.
  • Now add canned sardine,salt,chili powder and soya sauce. Saute for few seconds.
  • Then add mix veggie and fry for few minutes. Now add rice and scrambled egg and mix all together.
  • Cook for another five minutes. Check seasoning. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
