- Heat oil in pan,add chopped onion,ginger and green chilies. Fry till onion turn light brown.
- Now add canned sardine,salt,chili powder and soya sauce. Saute for few seconds.
- Then add mix veggie and fry for few minutes. Now add rice and scrambled egg and mix all together.
- Cook for another five minutes. Check seasoning. Remove from heat. Serve hot.
