Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. Sift the flour and baking powder, then mix. Gradually add the milk, then the olive oil, and mix well.
Add the pepper, then the feta cheese and black olives, and mix well to incorporate the filling.
Grease a loaf pan, then pour in the batter. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 180°C (350°F) (check for doneness!).

Avoid salting the batter: the black olives and feta are already salty enough.
