Gluten free beef burgers with asparagus and caprese salad

Number of serving: 2
1 pound Ground beef

3 Green onions

2 table spoons gluten free mustard (please read the label of yours! they all have gluten unless indicated.)

Salt, peppers, paprika, oregano, parsley (or whatever you find in your kitchen!)


  • Just mix all together and cook the burgers on a hot grill with some drops of vegetable oil (or spray oil).
  • Cook about 4 minutes each side, and be careful not to overcook.
  • While the burgers are cooking, and the asparagus almost ready, prepare this super simple caprese salad, with fresh mozzarella (or some goat cheese), sliced cherry tomatoes (or the tomatoes you find in season) and fresh basil. Some salt, pepper and a nice olive oil.
