Do you love sweet and savory recipes? You will adore our chicken marinade made with soy sauce, honey, sesame, and ginger! A very simple idea with easy-to-find ingredients for a delicious result. If you can prepare the marinade the night before and let your chicken pieces soak overnight, that's ideal! Otherwise, a few hours will suffice before moving on to the cooking step, where you have plenty of options: barbecue, griddle, skillet, oven...

Preparation of the marinade:
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chicken.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips and add them to the marinade. Mix well.
Cover the bowl with cling film and let the marinade rest in the refrigerator overnight.
If you want to cook this recipe the same day, let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Cooking:
Pour the marinade into a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the strips for 5-6 minutes on each side.
For oven cooking: bake for 15 minutes at 210°C.
Alternatively, opt for grilling or barbecue.
Once cooked, serve the chicken strips with rice and sprinkle with fresh chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
