The marinade : In small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and ginger.
Cut your chicken breasts into strips. Place them into the bowl. Turn the chicken around in the sauce to make sure it gets all coated.
Wrap some cling film over the bowl and refrigerate overnight. If you want to cook this recipe the same day, allow the chicken to macerate for at least 1h30m, tossing occasionally to keep them covered with the juice.
Cooking:
Frying pan : Place chicken breasts & sauce in the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Oven : Preheat oven to 210ºC. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes.
Grilling or barbecue are also a great option!
Serve with white rice. Garnish with chopped cilantro and add as well a bit of toasted sesame seeds over top. SO GOOD!
