- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Put a baking sheet on a baking tray and add the salmon filet on top, skin down.
- Pour a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes at 350°F (180°C). The baking time will change depending on the thickness of the filet.
- There you are, your salmon filet is ready ! Add some lemon juice if you want and eat it with rice or vegetables !
Observations
If you're using freezed salmon, add 3 to 5 min to the baking time !
