- Heat butter and when heated, sweat onions to soften its texture.
Add spices and continue to fry for another 1-2 mins.
Pour in stock and simmer.
Let the liquid reduce to about 1/3.
Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with grilled baguette slices.
