Leek and potato soup!!

Ingredients

• 1 leek, sliced finely
• 1 medium/large potato(about 100 g), peeled andcubed
• 1/2 finely chopped medium onion
• 1 clove garlic, grated
• 1 finely sliced small chilli
• 1 vegetable stock cube( you can also use vegetable stock),
• 2 cups hot water
• salt and pepper to tastechopped coriander to garnish
