If you've non-Asian friends coming over for a meal, it's perfect for entertaining them with these yummy Asian tasting portions, giving them a taste of Singapore cuisine. Don't you think it is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes as well?

Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1 pkt Prima Taste Laksa Lamian Instant Noodles


2 Medium Prawns

1 Chicken Fillet

2 Taupok (Dried Beancurd)

Laksa leaves (optional)

300ml Water

Preparation

  • Cook chicken fillet & shred.
  • Cook noodles in water for about 4 mins. Drain &set aside.
  • Prepare sauce according to instructions on packet (use 300ml water), & add seafood & taupok. Remove when prawns turn pink & mussel shells open.
  • Mixed noodles with sauce & cook till al dente. Transfer to serving plate & top with prawns & chicken. Sprinkle laksa leaves.
