- Cook chicken fillet & shred.
- Cook noodles in water for about 4 mins. Drain &set aside.
- Prepare sauce according to instructions on packet (use 300ml water), & add seafood & taupok. Remove when prawns turn pink & mussel shells open.
- Mixed noodles with sauce & cook till al dente. Transfer to serving plate & top with prawns & chicken. Sprinkle laksa leaves.
