Spicy Mixed Seafood Curry
Preparation

In medium heat, add oil, saute garlic and onion.

Add shrimp, squid and mussels, mix and until shrimp and squid changes color.

Mix in grated ginger, stir.

Pour on milk, and curry powder, mix until powder is dissolved.

Let it simmer. Add salt and pepper, and toss some chili.

Serve hot.
