Ingredients

• half a chicken, chopped into pieces
• 5 slices of dang gui/ chinese angelica root
• 1 tbsp wolfberries
• 5 red dates, remove seeds
• 2 tbsp oystersauce
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 3 tbsp shaoxing wine

Preparation

• Combine all ingredients & marinade for at least 30 minutes.
• Steam at hight heat for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
• Serve immediately.
