  • Layer potatoes onto a plate/ bowl for steaming. Sprinkle some salt and pepper onto potatoes after every layer.
  • Drizzle some soy sauce over potatoes. Place sausages over potatoes.
  • Steam on high heat for about 15 minutes or until potatoes are softened.
  • Remove from heat, drizzle a bit of sesame oil over potatoes.
