1.25 cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Mascarpone cake
    Combine the mascarpone with the sugar. Add the eggs and some vanilla extract, and mix well.
  • Step 2 - Mascarpone cake
    Add the flour, the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix.
  • Step 3 - Mascarpone cake
    Pour the batter in a greased mold.
  • Step 4 - Mascarpone cake
    Bake 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 5 - Mascarpone cake
