- silicone tray or parchment paper
Preparation
Melt the chocolate, and using a teaspoon, form little disks on the silicone tray or parchment paper.
Place crushed nuts, hazelnuts, and almonds on each disk. Add some Goji berries as well.
Finish by sprinkling some of your mendiants with grated coconut.
Refrigerate for about 3 hours so that the chocolate hardens well.Remove your mendiants from the tray or parchment paper.
And there you have it, your mendiants are ready!
