Not too hungry in this heat? We offer you a quick, fresh, and tasty recipe to soothe your stomach: toasts! Here, the combination of fresh cheese, pesto sauce, and cherry tomatoes will be perfect to snack on as is or to accompany with a mixed salad. Enjoy!

Materials
- knife, cutting board, toaster, frying pan
Preparation
Generously spread the cream cheese on the slice of bread.
Place the halved cherry tomatoes over the entire toast.
Add a few teaspoons of pesto to fill the gaps between the tomatoes.
Decorate the toast with fresh basil leaves.
Finish by adding some pine nuts on top.
It's ready! Do the same with the second toast :-)
Observations
You can use any fresh cheese you like: St Moret, Philadelphia, Madame Loïck, Laughing Cow... or replace it with yogurt, or even ricotta!
Feel free to toast your bread and toast your pine nuts for a few minutes in a pan without any fat.
