- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seed,urad dhal,turmeric powder, hing, curry leaves and saute few minutes.
- Add tindora, aloo, chilli powder and salt.
- Allow to cook with lid on top and if needed sprinkle water.
- Cook until almost done and serve hot with Plain rice or breads
