Vegetable pasta salad

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
¾ cup pasta.

1 small onion.

1 medium tomato.

¼ cup thinly cut bell pepper.


½ cup shredded cabbage.

¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

1 green chili chopped finely


For the dressing:

1 tablespoon olive oil.

2 tablespoon tomato ketchup

1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce.

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper powder.

1 teaspoon sugar.

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation

  • Boil the pasta in water. While boiling add a teaspoon of oil to it.
  • When boiled drain off the water and set the pasta aside and let it cool down.

  • Cut all the vegetables in long thin strips (julian style) and mix them together.
  • In another bowl mix all the ingredients for dressing and give it a good stir so that it is evenly mixed.
  • Keep the cut vegetables and dressing in refrigerator.
  • Add dressing to salad just before serving. Toss it nicely so that dressing is nicely coated on salad.
    Serve.
