Quick and gluten-free banana pancakes (bananas + eggs)
There is no simpler recipe for breakfast than these banana pancakes! You only need 2 ingredients: 1 banana and eggs! Just mix, cook in a pan, and enjoy as is or topped with a delicious topping (maple syrup, jam, fruits...). Nothing better to start your day with a smile or to prepare a dessert/snack in no time ;-) A quick and easy alternative for anyone who eats gluten-free.

Put the banana in pieces and the 2 eggs in a chopper.
If you don't have a chopper, mash the banana with a fork and mix it with the two eggs.
If you have a chopper, blend until the mixture is smooth.
In a hot and greased pan, pour a small ladle of batter. Cook for 4 minutes at medium heat, and flip the pancake.
Cook for 2 more minutes, and take the pancake out of the pan.
And there you are, your banana pancakes are ready!
Observations
Additions: feel free to add chocolate chips or a pinch of cinnamon for extra indulgence!
