Ingredients

• 500 gm beetroot, peeled & cut into chunks
• 1 sweet corn, cut into chunks
• 150 gm carrots, cut into chunks
• 250 gm pork ribs
• 8 large seedless red dates
• 2 slices ginger
• 2000 ml water
• salt to taste

Preparation

• Blanch pork ribs in hot water, drain away water and place all ingredient except salt into a stock pot.
• Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 2 hrs. Add salt to taste. Serve.
