Ingredients

Number of serving: 1
500 gm beetroot, peeled & cut into chunks

1 sweet corn, cut into chunks

150 gm carrots, cut into chunks

250 gm pork ribs

8 large seedless red dates

2 slices ginger

2000 ml water

salt to taste

Preparation

  • Blanch pork ribs in hot water, drain away water and place all ingredient except salt into a stock pot.
  • Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 2 hrs. Add salt to taste. Serve.
