Ingredients: 2 slabs of mee hoon (soften with hot water and then in cold water); 3 tbsp dried shrimps (prawns - soaked in water for 10 minutes and drained); 5 garlic (chopped); 2 red chilies (sliced thinly, with or without the seeds); 2 stalks of coriander leaves (shredded/sliced); 2 stalks of spring onions (shredded/sliced); 1/4 cabbage (shredded); 4 tbsp of oil; Salt for taste (use sparingly); Lime (as needed)
