Ney meen mutta thoran (king fish egg fry)

- Neymeen Mutta , 150 g
- Grated Coconut , 2 tablespoons
- Non Spicy Red Chilly , 1 no
- Onion ,1 small
- Curry Leaves , 1 sprig
- Turmeric Powder, A pinch
- Chilly Powder , 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper Powder , 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt ,To taste
- Oil , 1 1/2 tablespoon


Step 1

Clean and slice the king fish eggs.

Step 2

Heat a pan and add oil.

Step 3

Add onions, chopped red chillies and saute well.

Step 4

Add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and mix well.

Step 5

Add sliced king fish eggs and mix well.

Step 6

Add grated coconut, mix well and cover the pan with a lid and allow to cook.

Step 7

Sprinkle black pepper powder and garnish with curry leaves.
