Roasted garlic and herb prawns

Wash the prawns and place them in a baking dish.
Crush the garlic cloves, and add the olive oil, salt, and herbs de Provence. Mix well.
Pour this marinade over the prawns.
Bake for 15 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
