Chocolate zucchini brownies without butter!
An ultra-indulgent brownie that's easy to make and fat-free is possible! To achieve a moist dessert, we've added... zucchini! They will bring lightness to your dessert without adding any particular taste. Regarding allergies and intolerances, this recipe is gluten-free and lactose-free (provided the chocolate is dark). It's a great way to please everyone at the end of the meal without risking stomach cramps :-)

Preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the sugar to the yolks and whisk until the mixture whitens. Then add the corn starch and salt, and mix well.
Clean the zucchini and chop them finely using a chopper (if you don't have one, grate them). Add this to the previous mixture.
Melt the chocolate and add it to the batter. Mix well.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, and gently fold them into the batter, lifting the mixture to avoid crushing the whites.
Pour this batter into a greased mold, then arrange some walnuts on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
